We have been busy potting 🥵
Advanced Trees 🌲
Our advanced trees are constantly on the move. With potting completed of our winter deciduous stock completed we now move on to potting our evergreens.
Most of the fresh stock will be available from later summer and into autumn.
We still have some stunning ornamental pears that have been putting a show standing like soldiers in a row.
The flowering ones in the pics are smaller medium growing Pyrus Dancer and Pyrus Edgewood.

Flood water has started to spread throughout the nursery.
Hopefully the advanced trees only get wet feet for a day or two and they will be fine.
All the smaller pots were lifted and moved so they will be fine.
The next challenge will be the clean up and getting the irrigation up and running as the plants that were lifted will dry out quickly with this warm weather.
Never ending but we will rest for now and inspect the nursery tomorrow.
